It's been bugging me for a couple of weeks and has been getting worse. It had a root canal a couple of years ago, but it failed and became infected.

They also brush their hair in an semi-futile attempt to keep it in line. Yes, those gray streaks are real. I've gone gray for years, but I'm fine with it. At least I'm not balding.... YET. :O
