Categories: SalesJob DescriptionThe Fine Paper Sales Manager will complete the following responsibilities: • Initiate, coordinate, and direct the marketing programs, sales efforts, and support organization for their market segment. • Provide leadership to the department so that all members have a common focus. • Construct sales and marketing programs that will contribute to achieving the Division ROS, RONA, and EBIT objectives. • Work with Division Manager to manage the assets (inventory and receivables) and applicable departmental expenses to achieve the department and division goals. • Maintain an awareness of marketplace conditions (opportunities or threats to the success of xpedx) and communicate details to division management.• Develop and maintain a visible presence in the market by making sales calls with sales staff, specialists, and technicians.• Direct the activities and training of the sales staff to ensure the penetration of markets to achieve division gross profit objectives.
